A little more lenient than Mary, he finds it a bit difficult to understand Sheldon but makes a lot of effort to find a middle ground with him. The character bids adieu to the world in the final season.

Annie Potts plays Meemaw on Young Sheldon and does full justice to her iconic and somewhat elusive character in The Big Bang Theory universe. Sheldon perhaps likes her the most for he is always supported and encouraged by her.
