She delighted in causing her adversaries severe emotional and physical suffering. She didn't hesitate to kill innocent people to accomplish what she desired, and she excused her actions by using her father's old philosophy.
2. Erwin Smith (Attack on Titan)
The Survey Corps' thirteenth commander was Erwin Smith. Erwin was an experienced commander who was discerning, knowledgeable, and well-liked.
He sincerely cared for his soldiers, but he was not afraid to sacrifice them for the welfare and advancement of humanity, and his soldiers showed themselves more than eager to risk their lives at his command.
Because he was unsure of his future, Erwin created the Long-Distance Enemy Scouting Formation during his career, and he later picked Hange Zoë as his successor.
Erwin was described as being serious, cunning, and constantly making long-term plans. Erwin was frequently regarded as being quite pessimistic. He responded stoically to all the news, whether it was good or terrible, flattering or disparaging.
1. Kirari Momobami (Kakegurui)
As a compulsive gambler and Kakegurui Twin, Kirari Momobami plays a significant antagonistic role in Kakegurui. She is the one in charge of the current structure at Hyakkaou Private Academy and the 105th and seemingly unstoppable Student Council President.
She also serves as the leader of the Hundred Devouring Families, an alliance of numerous strong clans that support Yumeko Jabami's family.
Although on the outside, Kirari appears to be a polished and proper lady, in reality, she is a cold-blooded monster who only cares about herself.
She enjoys watching how people behave when they are at their worst and must compete for the top, and she likes to refer to the academy as her aquarium.
