Michael ‘Mike’ Wazowski and Celia Mae are a couple from the Disney/Pixar film Monsters Inc. Mike is a spherical lime-skinned monster with a green cyclopean eye.
He has jagged teeth, short horns, and slender clawed arms and legs. Celia is a magenta monster with one eye and sentient hair that looks like a bunch of snakes.
The pair work at Monsters, Incorporated. Celia is kind but occasionally loses her temper, especially when Mike lies to her or is in danger.
However, she calms down quickly once Mike tells her the truth. Celia’s birthday date with Mike is ruined when the CDA decontaminates the restaurant they are at.
She is initially extremely upset with Mike and demands an explanation. They reconcile after Mike explains the situation and reassures his love for her.
43. Bernard and Bianca (The Rescuers)
Bernard and Bianca are the main characters of the film The Rescuers, and its sequel, The Rescuers Down Under.
Bernard is a plump young mouse who works as a janitor for the United Nations equivalent, the Rescue Aid Society.
He is friendly and well-liked by the other society members. Bianca works as the Hungarian ambassador for the same organization and is beautiful, adventurous, and compassionate.
Bianca chooses Bernard as her co-agent on an assignment as she believes that they will make a good team.
The pair completing the assignment together forms the plot of the first movie. In the sequel, they head off to Australia on another assignment.
At the end of the movie, Bernard proposes to Bianca, and she accepts.
44. Barbie and Ken (Toy Story 3)
Barbie and Ken are characters from the Disney/Pixar movie Toy Story 3. They are from the beloved fashion doll collection released by toy maker Mattel.
They did not appear in the first Toy Story as Mattel did not agree to it. However, after the success of the movie, Mattel decided to let the couple appear in Toy Story 3.
Barbie is an optimistic and energetic girl who falls in love with Ken when she first meets him at Sunnyside Daycare.
They share a strong belief in fashion. Despite a few roadblocks along the way, Barbie and Ken manage to rekindle their relationship and end up taking charge of Sunnyside Daycare together.
45. Colette and Linguini (Ratatouille)
Colette Tatou and Alfredo Linguini are characters from the Disney/Pixar film Ratatouille. Colette is the only female chef at the restaurant, Gusteau’s, and Linguini works there as a garbage boy.
Colette is forced to train Linguini, and she initially berates him for being clumsy and unsure. Despite her strong and sardonic nature, she takes him under his wing and teaches him all the necessary skills.
Despite a slight misunderstanding, the pair fall in love with each other, aided by the rat Remy. Colette and Linguini end up running the restaurant after the latter inherits it.
46. Esmeralda and Phoebus (The Hunchback of Notre Dame)
Esmeralda and Phoebus are the characters from The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Esmeralda is a young Romani woman, while Phoebus is a brave war veteran.
They first meet at the Feast of Fools, and although their initial interactions are rather rough, they soon start to warm up to each other.
Esmeralda even saves Phoebus’s life when he is attacked. Although Phoebus is initially summoned to help eradicate the Romani people, his love for Esmeralda pushes him to betray his superior and fight for Romani liberation instead.
