Moreover, as the show progresses, she goes on to become the viceroy of Area 11. Just from her appearance and attitude, it becomes clear that she is a woman of quality and value who shined in this series, brighter than a star.

And it was fun seeing her perform some of the most cunning moves in the show.

46. Catherine Ward (Angels Of Death)

She may look like a simple girl at first. However, that’s just a facade. She is the one who serves as a villain in the series Angels Of Death.

And that’s why she is placed here on our list. She is the floor master of B3. And in this anime, this position is enough to give her a lot of traction and attention.

As for her presence as the condemner, that’s a profile that gives her even more recognition and power. She is also known to be sadistic by nature and happens to find happiness in taking care of the criminals.

However, this care is mostly done in the form of torture and pain. Well, that would explain why she is a noteworthy villain for our list in the first place.

47. Cassidy (Pokemon)

This one is a no-brainer. Cassidy is one of the villains in Pokemon who is just like Jessy and James.

She also serves Team Rocket and has a lot going for her. Her teammate Butch is a man of quality and value since his chemistry with Cassidy allows her to exponentially enhance her performance in the team.

She is a mean and arrogant girl who can be a menace with her tactics and plans. And unlike the regular team rocket, this one is a menace when they are on the screen.

While the sheer screen time they have received isn’t a lot, it is still enough to make anyone lose his or her mind.

And that’s what makes this girl worthy of this spot on our list. She is just havoc on her own.

48. Minatsuki Takami (Deadman Wonderland)

Minatsuki Takami, also known as Hummingbird, is Yō Takami’s younger sister and a Deadman who was once confined in G Ward.

She had a normal life until she experienced an earthquake while in a greenhouse, where her mother abandoned her and fled with a plant, leaving her behind.

Minatsuki, a 17-year-old girl with brown hair in two braided ponytails, initially appears shy and gentle, contrary to her circumstances.

She wears a yellow knee-length dress and has a tongue piercing. However, this demeanour serves as a disguise to conceal her true nature and deceive those around her.

Despite her reserved and caring personality, there is more to her than meets the eye, leading to an air of mystery and intrigue in her encounters with others, particularly Ganta.

49. Arbell (One Piece)

Coming in from the realm of One Piece, we have Arbell. She is one of the side characters in her show and belongs to a family called the Accino Family.

She is the eldest daughter and has a husband too. His name is Salchow. She is known for being a figure skater in the series.

And this passion is shared by both husband and wife in the series. She has the ability to use her legs for various combat purposes and can perform multiple types of kicks that can be lethal during a one-on-one battle.

All in all, she was a decent side villain in the story who happens to get a bit of screen time in a massive series like One Piece.

50. Yura (InuYasha)

Coming from a classic, we have Yura. She is one of the side characters of InuYasha and happened to have a lot going for her.
