Annie Leonhart

Annie Leonhart is one of the most notable characters in Attack On Titan. And while we don't see much from her after the first season, she did pack a punch during her arc.

She is the female Titan in the show who has a lot of information about the upbringing of Titans and their activities.

However, when the time of revelation came to be, she managed to keep her secrets as secrets and froze herself into a shell.

Her fight with Eren was a game-changing battle that shaped the series in the long run and allowed the audience to have a thorough perspective of Eren and his personality.

Annie may not speak much but she did impact the show from the depths of her heart.

7. Isabella (The Promised Neverland)

Isabella

She is the one who made The Promised Neverland, an incredible watch for all of us. Isabella is the lead female in the series and has a lot going on for her.

She is one of the adults in the show who have been assigned the task of raising the children to be eaten by the Monsters.

Yeah, that's exactly how it goes. And that's just the beginning of it. She is also extremely clever and strong as portrayed in the series.

And as a human, she developed a sense of motherly love as the show progresses. Soon enough, we realize that this girl is a beast on her own and can manipulate the show without breaking a sweat.

And that's why she became a remarkable villain for all of us.

6. Android 18 (Dragon Ball Z)

Android 18

She is one of the older female anime villains. And this is why she deserves so much love and respect from fans all around the globe.

Android 18 is one of the lead female characters in Dragon Ball Z who happens to be a villain in the start but now serves as one of the heroes.

She is the one who was designed with the task of creating the Perfect Cell. And with her powers combined, Cell became a monster so strong that none was able to beat him.

Android 18 became a lot more tranquil after the completion of the Cell saga. And she married Krillin which made her a part of the Z fighters group. This is why she is placed here.

5. Jessie (Pokemon)

Jessie

Jessie is a name that everyone reading this list might remember. And that's because you would hear it all the time while watching your favorite childhood anime named Pokemon.

She is part of Team Rocket which is an evil organization in search of some of the strongest Pokemon for their mean purposes.

Jessie is the one who is the unsaid leader of the group and makes the decision on behalf of everyone else.

She goes on to prove herself as a strong woman who can take care of her opponents when the situation calls for it.

However, since the Pokemon anime is made for the kids, she fails to proclaim her excellence as the show uses plot Armor.

4. Raynare (High School DxD)

Raynare

She is a horrible girl who deserves more hate and disrespect from the fandom. And that's the exact reason why she is so impressive as a villain.

Raynare is one of the lead characters in High School DxD. And she was the one who shaped the show the way it is today.

She asked out Issei for a date only to end up killing him. However, that's not the reason why people hate her so much.

It is because she played with Issei's genuine feelings that she is disrespected so much. Just look at her behavior towards Issei as he was taking his last breaths.

Now that's a disgusting incident. And that's why Raynare is ranked so high on our list.

3. Daki (Demon Slayer)

Daki

Daki is new to the female anime villains category. However, that doesn't change the fact that she is just as cruel as anyone else on this list.

She is one of the Upper Moon demons from the show. And with her brother Gyutaro, she becomes the Upper Moon Rank 6 for the show.

Daki is known for her arrogant nature. In the entertainment district, beauty is everything. And since she was the most beautiful woman in the district, she was the most respected one as well.

As a demon, she is quite strong. While Tanjiro and the team had a hard time dealing with her, Uzui took care of her in no time. All in all, a great female villain from a great show.

2. Krul Tepes (Seraph Of The End)

Krul Tepes

Krul Tepes is one of the most demanding characters in the entire series. No questions about it. However, that's just the beginning of her personality.

She is from the popular anime series we call Seraph Of The End. And as someone who serves as a villain, she does her job very well.

She is the one who changed our main cast and their relationships without even knowing about it. And as the show progresses, she goes on to shape herself as an even crueler villain for the story.

She does some of the most hideous things for the show and goes on to prove herself as one of the most notable characters in the franchise. This is why she is ranked so high.

1. Echidna (Re:Zero)

Echidna

And the number 1 spot goes to Echidna. This white-haired lady is the one from Re:Zero who shaped the show in her own way.

She is a witch who keeps a keen eye on Subaru and has close relations with him. The narrative of Rezero is a bit more complex than you might expect.

And so, it isn't easy to explain why she appears as often as she does. However, the fact stands true.

She is a unique character who is a villain but doesn't feel like one. She is the reason why our characters suffer so much.

However, she is not the one having fun because of their suffering. And since this creates such an interesting situation for us viewers as a female anime villain, she deserves to be on the top spot on our list.
