Clare is the protagonist of “Claymore” and a female warrior called a Claymore in the Organization. She is unique because she voluntarily took the flesh and blood of another Claymore instead of a Yoma, making her 1/4 Yoma.

 

Although initially weak, she becomes one of the first partially Awakened Beings through perseverance and assistance. Clare’s body bears scars from Yoma’s mistreatment during her childhood. In her partially Awakened form, she has blonde hair, gold eyes with slit pupils, and stands 170 cm tall with a dominant right arm. She is considered attractive.
