Without a doubt, one of the most popular characters in the anime. He is from Karasuno High and his background was from Chidoriyama Junior High.

He is a second-year class 3 student with a Jersey Number of 4. Moreover, his position on the field is that of a Libero, and his favourite food is Gari Gari Kun popsicles.

If we talk about his personality, he is very energetic yet has a frail temperament.

26. Miya Osamu

Now that’s quite impressive for someone of her age. Her appearance is very similar to that of Shoyo and that’s what brings in the familiarity in her presence.

And just like her brother, she is also filled with energy and passion as an individual.

44. Fukunaga Shouhei

From the grounds of the Nekoma High School, we have Fukunaga Shouhei. He is one of the side characters in the show who is aged 16.

He has a height of 178 cm and a weight of around 68 kg. Moreover, his birthday has been mentioned in the books of the series as of September 29.

He has the Jersey number 6 and his position on the field is Wing Spiker.

If we talk about his appearance, he has the stereotypical design that the Haikyuu characters do.

Yes, he is the leader of the Nohebi Academy Volleyball team. And his appearance very well explains why that is the case.

He has a sharp and cunning look on his face which gives off villainous vibes to him and therefore, makes him insanely cool in terms of design and effort.

46. Koganegawa Kanji

He belongs to the popular Datekougyou High School volleyball team. And that’s just the surface of his data.

Koganegawa Kanji is one of the unpopular characters that belong to Datekougyou. And that’s because he is a first-year in the show.

He is said to have an impressive height of 191 cm which explains why he is part of the volleyball team.

However, what makes him even more notable is his power stat with a score of 5!

Now that’s something! However, the bad news is that his intellect and technique stat is nothing but 1.

And that’s fairly poor if you think about it. Man needs some polishing for sure.

47. Hirugami Sachiro

This guy comes from the fine school of Kamomedai High. And that’s why he gets his screen time in the series.

Sachiro Hirugami is one of the side characters in the show who doesn’t seem to be frequent on screen all that much.

However, we do know that he belongs to the second-year class at Kamomedai High School.

Moreover, he is also a middle blocker in the show and that would explain his excellence as a player.

We are yet to see him feature in some amazing games. But as of now, he is a pretty decent character.

Haiba is Lev’s older sister. As for how to identify this relationship, it isn’t all that hard.

Haiba is also half-Russian and half-Japanese which explains her bond as a sister to Lev. Not only that but she is also designed in a way that she looks considerably different as a character.

This format of character designing is quite common in anime as they try to depict various nationalities using different art styles.

Moreover, as the show progresses, we get to see her a bit more frequently.

49. Tsukishima Akiteru

Amemaru High School may not click some bells instantly. However, this man, Tsukishima Akiteru, goes on to prove that he is a valuable player.

He is one of the former students of the school we know by the name of Karasuno High.

Ever heard of it? And he is Kei Tsukishima’s older brother. Now you might get an idea of where the “Tsukishima” came from.

He was the captain of the Amemaru High School Volleyball team and his excellence has been claimed to be the foundation for the brilliance of Tsukishima Kei as a character.

He is smart and might sometime fade away in the background, but he has his significant parts in the anime.
