Lev Haiba is one of the tallest characters in the entire series, standing at an insane height of 194 cm.
Moreover, he is still a first-year which explains that his dominance can increase over time as well.
He is currently weighing around 80 kg. And this is another trait that gives him an intimidating persona.
Apart from that, his position on the court is as a middle blocker and his nationality has been quite interesting as well.

However, he is still a notable individual overall. And this comes from the fact that he was the instated captain of his school.
And his jersey number is also 1. Last but not least, his position on the court is Wing-spiker and that is just the sum up of his entire character.

With a handsome face and a strong stature, we have Ukai Keishin.
Ukai is one of the side characters in the anime who happens to be related to teams within the premise of the show.

His height is 165 cm which makes him a bit short from a player's standpoint.
And his weight is 60 kg. With these physical stats, this man might not seem THAT intimidating at first.
However, he is a pretty decent player for his physical capabilities. And then get to see so in the anime episodes for his respected status as a libero.
Speaking of which, his jersey number is 3 and so is his high school year.
However, his class is 5 so that's a different factor. He is quite an impressive libero, to the point that even experts take pieces of advice from him.

He is said to have an enthusiastic personality that is quite vibrant as he never gets low if he doesn't know anything.

The female population in the Haikyu series isn't all that much. And Tanaka Saeko just proves the point of it.
She is a former student of Karasuno High. And just as the surname suggests, he is the elder sister of Ryuunosuke Tanaka.
Moreover, she was also a classmate of small giants during her high school years. Now that's something that can make a notable connection.
And in the series, it did manage to make the connection since all the players used to look at her as a cool elder sister to learn from.
She seems like trouble to her brother Tanaka and that's what makes her character even more likeable and funny.

Karasuno High School Volleyball team has a lot of fine players within it. Ennoshita is one of them.
He is aged 16 with a height of around 175 cm and 66 kg. He was born on December 6 and his year in school is 2nd.

As for his favourite food, that's Vinegared Sea Pineapple. That's quite an interesting choice. His biggest concern is that people look at him as if he is always a sloth.
Needless to say, man needs to work on his behaviour and enthusiasm a bit. However, despite that, he is also quite focused and bold with his moves.

This character might not click any bells immediately since he is a bit of a niche person but let me tell you about it first.
Semi-Eita is one of the side characters of the show. His affiliation as a student and as a volleyball player/team member is from the Shiratorizawa Academy.
And Semi plays under the guidance and supervision of such players which explains his presence in the series as a character.
Moreover, he is a third-year student who is placed in the setter position on the court which comes with a combination of his abilities.

Goshiki Tsutomu is a bit of an unseen character in the show. However, he still manages to make room for himself, one way or another.
He is one of the side characters in the show and belongs to the Shiratorizawa Academy.
However, he is part of the first year. His age is claimed to be around 16.
Moreover, his height is 181 cm and his jersey number is 8. As a player, he is quite visible on the court.
And that fact is boosted because his position on the field is Wing Spiker. Moreover, if we talk about his favourite food, it's unique stuff called boiled flounder.
And he wishes to hit sharper crosses as a player. In terms of looks, he has a black bowl cut and brown eyes.

This man right here belongs to the Aobajousai High School. However, that wasn't his first alma mater.
Instead, his first school was Kitagawa Daiichi. His class right now is 1st year, class 6.
And his birthday is claimed to be on March 25. Moreover, his height is 183 cm and his weight is around 66 kg.
The number behind his back is 13 and his position on the court is that of a Wing Spiker.

Moreover, his academic year is 2nd, class A, and his number on the back is 6.
As a wing spiker, he is quite dominant on his court and gets attention as well as screen time here and there.
If we talk about his personality, he is quite light-hearted and outgoing and doesn't give much thought to anything he does.
Moreover, it is claimed that he argues with Kamasaki, a lot who is the opposite of Futakuchi.

You know a character is insane when his nickname is "Mad Dog". Kyotani Kentarou is one of the second-year students attending Aobajousai High School.
And his appearance is intimidating. Anyone will realize that messing with him could be a bad idea just but looking into his eyes.
Moreover, because of his rough attitude and intimidating personality, his relationships and rapport with other members of the Volleyball team aren't all that strong.
After all, this man is quite something from a physical standpoint as well. He has claimed multiple times within the series that he wishes to shoot the ball with his full strength or else, he won't be satisfied.

Coming in from the 3rd year division, we have Matsukawa Issei. He is one of the members of Class 1 and his position on the field is that of a middle blocker.
His height is an impressive 188 cm and his weight is around 74 kg. This would explain why he has such a strong stature while in court.
Moreover, his concern as a player is nothing but the fact that his uniform is unsuitable for him.
Yeah, wrap your head around that for a minute. If we talk about his attributes.
He has impressive scores in Power and Stamina and decent scores in everything else. However, his jump is his least-scored attribute.

Coming in from the 3rd year class 3, it's time to talk about Hanamaki Takahiro.
He is one of the side characters in the show and his position is that of a wing spiker.
His height is 185 cm and his weight is 72 kg. Moreover, his favourite food is profiteroles which is quite a unique choice if you think about it.
Currently, his biggest concern is that, no matter how hard he tries, he can't beat Iwaizumi.
However, it's not volleyball that he is talking about here. He can't beat Iwaizumi in arm wrestling despite many attempts.
If we talk about his stats distribution, they are claimed to be strong in power and intellect.
However, every other stat is said to be decent for him with speed being his weakest.

From the lands of the Shiratorizawa Academy, we have Shiraby Kenjirou. He is one of the side characters in the show whose age is said to be 17 and his height is around 175 cm.
Moreover, his weight is 64 kg and his class is 4. However, he is a second-year student, which makes him a senior in our main cast.
Moreover, he is also a player with the number 10 which brings more attention to him as a character.
And his position on the battlefield is that of a setter. As for his favourite food, it's Shirasu.
And if we talk about his biggest concern right now, that will be his height insecurity.

He belongs to the Fukurodani Academy. And that's what makes him a bit special. He is one of the players who belong to the age 17 group and has an impressive height of 179 cm.
Moreover, his weight falls under 66 kg which makes him, and his stature, quite decent as a player.
If we talk about the number written behind his back, that's 7. And his position on the field is that of a wing spiker.
His favourite food is said to be Tatsuta Age Fried Chicken. And he has one of the most hilarious concerns out of everyone.
He says that his concern is the fact that Bokuto can be a genius if looked at from another angle.
Now that's some Haikyuu content.

This cute little girl is quite similar to someone. And it won't be hard to guess who she is a part of.
She is one of the side characters in the show however, manages to capture a major audience since she is Shoyo Hinata's little sister.
Not only that, but she is also a part of the Niiyama Girls' High School Volleyball Team.
Now that's quite impressive for someone of her age. Her appearance is very similar to that of Shoyo and that's what brings in the familiarity in her presence.
And just like her brother, she is also filled with energy and passion as an individual.

From the grounds of the Nekoma High School, we have Fukunaga Shouhei. He is one of the side characters in the show who is aged 16.
He has a height of 178 cm and a weight of around 68 kg. Moreover, his birthday has been mentioned in the books of the series as of September 29.
He has the Jersey number 6 and his position on the field is Wing Spiker.
If we talk about his appearance, he has the stereotypical design that the Haikyuu characters do.
And that's what makes him blend in well.

Ever heard of Nohebi Academy? Yes? Well, then you must have heard about this man.
He is Daishou Suguru who belongs to the rather unknown school called Nohebi Academy. His age is claimed to be 17 and his position on the battlefield also known as the court is said to be Captain.
Yes, he is the leader of the Nohebi Academy Volleyball team. And his appearance very well explains why that is the case.
He has a sharp and cunning look on his face which gives off villainous vibes to him and therefore, makes him insanely cool in terms of design and effort.

He belongs to the popular Datekougyou High School volleyball team. And that's just the surface of his data.
Koganegawa Kanji is one of the unpopular characters that belong to Datekougyou. And that's because he is a first-year in the show.
He is said to have an impressive height of 191 cm which explains why he is part of the volleyball team.
However, what makes him even more notable is his power stat with a score of 5!
Now that's something! However, the bad news is that his intellect and technique stat is nothing but 1.
And that's fairly poor if you think about it. Man needs some polishing for sure.

This guy comes from the fine school of Kamomedai High. And that's why he gets his screen time in the series.
Sachiro Hirugami is one of the side characters in the show who doesn't seem to be frequent on screen all that much.
However, we do know that he belongs to the second-year class at Kamomedai High School.
Moreover, he is also a middle blocker in the show and that would explain his excellence as a player.
We are yet to see him feature in some amazing games. But as of now, he is a pretty decent character.

Haiba is Lev's older sister. As for how to identify this relationship, it isn't all that hard.
Haiba is also half-Russian and half-Japanese which explains her bond as a sister to Lev. Not only that but she is also designed in a way that she looks considerably different as a character.
This format of character designing is quite common in anime as they try to depict various nationalities using different art styles.
Moreover, as the show progresses, we get to see her a bit more frequently.

Amemaru High School may not click some bells instantly. However, this man, Tsukishima Akiteru, goes on to prove that he is a valuable player.
He is one of the former students of the school we know by the name of Karasuno High.
Ever heard of it? And he is Kei Tsukishima's older brother. Now you might get an idea of where the "Tsukishima" came from.
He was the captain of the Amemaru High School Volleyball team and his excellence has been claimed to be the foundation for the brilliance of Tsukishima Kei as a character.
He is smart and might sometime fade away in the background, but he has his significant parts in the anime.

Belonging to our beloved Karasuno High, this is Yui Michimiya.
She is one of the supporting characters in the show. And her age is said to be around 17.
She is quite underwhelming in terms of height and weight as a player but she is a female so that's understandable.
But we can't just underestimate her because she is a girl. Oh no, my friends.
She is an absolute beast when it comes to volleyball and that's the reason she became the Captain of the Karasuno High School girls' Volleyball Club.
Now that's impressive!
