With quite a number of British agents getting murdered, James Bond is sent to investigate. His mission takes him to New Orleans to unravel the mystery. The heroin-maker Mr. Big does not like Bond being in his territory.

The claw-handed Tee Hee also has 007 in his murderous radar. Before long, voodoo master Baron Samedi and his personal tarot card reader Solitaire find themselves crossing paths with James Bond.

Something smells fishy in the Bayou and Bond grows certain it isn't the gumbo.

94. Logan's Run (1976)

Starring Michael York, Jenny Agutter, and Richard Jordan, Logan's Run tells a familiar story with a competent script and direction. While not a standout in any particular area, it provides a solid movie-going experience.

A computer operates the world, takes care of everything, and humans live in geodesic domes. People die before when they 30 to avoid overpopulation, and the ones who want to avoid this faith, named Runners, are chased and captured by policemen called Sandmen.

Logan, an officer, learns about a secret group that helps Runners in their motive and directs them to Sanctuary, where they can live for their whole lives. Logan finds himself making an unwilling shift and seeking Sanctuary.

95. Smokey and the Bandit (1977)

Smokey and the Bandit is one of those movies that never quite found its footing, despite a talented cast and crew. Directed by Hal Needham, and starring Burt Reynolds, Sally Field, and Jerry Reed, the movie failed to make an impression with critics or audiences when it was released in 1977.

Local legend Bandit is a truck driver who takes his partner, Snowman, onboard to carry out risky transportation. Wealthy men Big Enos and his son hired Bandit to bootleg 400 cases of Coors Beer from Texarkana to Atlanta in a short amount of time.

Bandit and his partner start their journey and hope to avoid any attention. But when a runaway bride crosses Bandit's path, he unwillingly becomes the target of a sheriff chasing the bride for his son.

96. Star Trek: The Motion Picture (1979)

When an American gangster, Rodney, visits famed hitman Francisco Scaramanga to collect a bounty, he is directed to a funhouse section of the estate where Scaramanga retrieves his golden gun and kills him.

Later, a golden bullet with '007' etched on it is received by MI6, believed to be sent by Scaramanga. Bond sets out to locate him and retrieve a device called the Solex Agitator.

With the help of his assistant Mary Goodnight and Hong Kong police lieutenant Hip, Bond tracks Scaramanga to his island in Red Chinese waters.

98. Beneath the Planet of the Apes (1970)

Beneath the Planet of the Apes is an average action-adventure movie with some good moments. The performances by James Franciscus, Kim Hunter, and Maurice Evans are competent, but the screenplay by Paul Dehn could have been tighter.

Astronaut Taylor and mute Nova are in the desert of the Forbidden Zone, searching for any signs of life. Brent reaches the Forbidden Zone on his search for Taylor and his crew and realises the year is 3955.

He meets Nova, and they trace Taylor's steps after he disappeared while investigating a cliff wall. Brent and Nova discover the Ape City, and in attempts to save themselves from the apes, they trigger a possible detonation of a nuclear weapon.

99. The Message (1976)

The Message is a biography-drama which has been helmed for the screen by Moustapha Akkad.

100. Sleuth (1972)

Andrew Wyke, a successful crime author, invites his wife's lover, Milo Tindle, to his elaborate country manor and suggests that he steal jewellery from the house as a way to provide for Andrew's wife.
